Tampa Stormwater Work Orders, Filterable by Date

Every completed stormwater work order from the city’s new tracking dashboard — with the completion-date filter residents asked for.

The city recently launched a dashboard of completed stormwater work orders — inlet cleanings, ditch grading, cave-in repairs and the like, mapped across the city. It’s a welcome window into work that used to be invisible. But it has a gap residents noticed right away: there’s no way to filter by when the work was completed. You can see a year’s worth of dots, but not what crews finished last month on your street.

This page is the same public data, re-published with that filter — plus a work-type filter, and a toggle that overlays the city’s open work orders (hollow dots on the map), some of which have been waiting since 2022. Pick a date range or work type below and the map and table update together.

Loading the work-order data…

A few notes on the data: the city’s feed only serves a rolling twelve-month window of completed work orders — there’s no public archive of anything older, so this page snapshots the feed over time and will grow a history the city’s own dashboard doesn’t keep. The data here is updated weekly; the “last pulled” date below the table is the honest as-of marker. Open work orders are a point-in-time snapshot of the companion feed — once completed, they leave it. The feeds are also sparser than they look: the city publishes no cost, address, or crew for any of this work, so the dot on the map is the only “where” on offer. Completed work orders carry no start date either — you can see when a job finished, but not how long it took. Work orders: City of Tampa Cityworks, via the public dashboards.
