The CRA Board will meet Thursday morning to vote on seven items, including a services agreement with the city, funding for the West Riverwalk project, and land purchase for a park in Channelside. The evening land use hearings will include a rezoning request for a parcel in the V.M. Ybor neighborhood, changing the zoning from planned development for housing to commercial general.
